About Us

AVA Construction is fully licensed and insured in the Lower Mainland, we also have our builders home warranty with Pacific Home Warranty. We have done commercial projects, major renovations, and built custom homes in Richmond, Vancouver, Burnaby, White Rock, Langley, and British Properties-North Vancouver. We build houses in the range of $150 a square foot all the way up to $800 a square foot, depending on what our clients and looking for. We have access to interior designers for referral if interested and all necessary trades that may be required ensuring that all needs are met.
